  • At least 2 years of experience delivering CRM strategies for large-scale global clients.
  • Strong communication skills for leading client meetings and workshops.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling, data-backed narratives.
  • Collaborative experience in team environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of integrated channel plans across various touchpoints.
  • Serve as a strategic bridge between customer experience, performance marketing, creative, media, and data teams.
  • Oversee research and analysis, facilitating strategic workshops to extract insights.
  • Create detailed personas and customer journey blueprints to inform strategic decisions.

Education
