  • Strong communication skills for leading client meetings and workshops.
  • Proven storytelling ability to craft data-backed strategic narratives.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience in team environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of integrated channel plans across diverse touchpoints, ensuring cohesive customer experiences.
  • Serve as a strategic bridge between customer experience, performance marketing, creative, media, and data teams.
  • Oversee research and analysis, facilitating workshops to extract insights and create customer journey blueprints.
  • Drive optimization of end-to-end customer engagement and ensure strategic alignment.
