  • Positive, proactive team player comfortable in collaborative and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support CRM lifecycle strategies to enhance member engagement and value.
  • Identify member behaviors and trends to shape lifecycle initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional lifecycle initiatives with various stakeholders.
  • Plan and prioritize lifecycle development and roadmap opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with membership and commercial strategies.
  • Partner with CRM Hub and Product teams to deliver connected lifecycle experiences.
  • Evaluate lifecycle performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Education
