Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis with a focus on credit operations
• Strong understanding of credit metrics such as delinquency rates, roll rates, write-offs, ROI, and provisioning
• Experience with credit products like personal loans, consumer credit, or credit cards

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit performance metrics and provide actionable insights
• Serve as the liaison between finance, accounting, and credit teams for reporting reconciliation
• Monitor credit provisions and explain movements from financial and operational perspectives
• Conduct scenario analysis for new products and credit policies
• Lead forecasting processes for credit performance and support budgeting cycles
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align credit strategies with business objectives
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards to enhance decision-making
