Senior C&Q Manager (Pharmaceutical, Kalundborg)

Job summary

The role involves leading a project team focused on the commissioning and qualification of pharmaceutical facilities. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, conducting Mechanical Completion line walks, and coordinating activities across various disciplines to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in C&Q, specifically in Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning
• Experience in driving the completion of commissioning schedules
• Understanding of process diagrams (PFDs, P&IDs)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage a project team of 5-8 C&Q Engineers
• Define startup and dynamic testing sequences with stakeholders
• Control C&Q scope in line with project boundaries and execution strategies
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary stakeholders for scope clarity
• Manage scope changes impacting C&Q and ensure controlled implementation
