Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a similar field
• Extensive experience in product cost management, commercial finance, or business partnering roles
• Experience in finance or business transformation initiatives
• Solid knowledge of product costing and performance management methodologies
• Proficiency in analytical tools, particularly Excel, and strong presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted business partner to product and functional leadership, providing insights and decision support on product costs
• Monitor and review product cost performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Support cost reduction initiatives and manage risks associated with product costs
• Guide cost performance management across the value chain, balancing design, sourcing, and manufacturing considerations
• Enhance cost performance tracking tools and systems for better data quality and decision-making
• Contribute to finance transformation efforts, promoting efficiency and standardization within finance
