This role is part of the Western Europe Legal team, focusing on Supply Chain and Logistics. The position involves leading legal workstreams, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic legal counsel to senior management.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in-house or in private practice within commercial legal work, preferably in supply chain, logistics, and procurement.
• Proven track record in negotiations and stakeholder management at high levels.
• Strong commercial understanding across the value chain.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal workstreams in operations, focusing on supply chain, logistics, and procurement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships from executive to mid-management levels.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and contractual obligations.
• Revise, draft, and negotiate various contracts.
• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with executives on corporate policies and best practices.
• Mentor internal stakeholders on legal compliance.
• Manage complex projects and external stakeholders.
