Senior Contract Counsel

Job summary

This role involves supporting various types of contracts and amendments, focusing on writing, analyzing, negotiating, and executing contracts related to SaaS delivery. The position requires strong relationship and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Master's, LLM, or Bachelor's degree in Law, preferably with a background in economics.
• 3-5 years of experience in Commercial or Contract Law, Contract Management, or IT/Outsourcing/SaaS/PaaS contracts.
• Understanding of commercial or economic aspects of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the pre-contractual phase to align obligations with delivery units.
• Draft contract presentations for onboarding projects, highlighting key topics and deviations from standard deliveries.
• Manage contract change processes and support stakeholders with new service requests.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual deliverables and quality assurance.
• Provide legal guidance to prevent or resolve issues related to SaaS clients.
• Collaborate with Commercial Management on cost alignment and pricing discussions.
• Conduct regular training and support best practices in Contract Management.
