Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Proven experience in structuring ambiguous client problems into actionable analytical plans.
• Ability to build financial models and conduct market analyses from complex data inputs.
• Experience in producing high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Strong capability to form and defend recommendations in uncertain situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop realistic consulting project environments that reflect actual engagement dynamics, including industry context and financial constraints.
• Create structured tasks for AI agents that replicate real consulting activities such as market sizing and operational diagnosis.
• Establish evaluation criteria and quality standards, including grading frameworks and solutions for training AI grading systems.
