Job summary

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of global compensation frameworks that align with business strategies and ensure competitive positioning in the market. You will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance compensation practices and drive compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards, focusing on compensation design
  • Proven experience managing global or multi-country compensation programs

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement global compensation programs aligned with business strategy
  • Lead annual salary reviews, merit cycles, bonus frameworks, and incentive programs
  • Maintain global salary structures and grading frameworks
  • Benchmark and analyze salary data to ensure market competitiveness
  • Act as an advisor on compensation decisions and pay strategy
  • Drive pay transparency and compliance initiatives
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends and actionable insights
  • Standardize and digitalize compensation processes, optimizing systems like SAP SuccessFactors

Skills

  • Strong expertise in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and grading methodologies
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a structured, solution-oriented mindset

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Tools

  • Experience with HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
