Job summary

The role focuses on driving revenue growth and delivering strategic solutions for Education customers across Europe North. The Commercial Executive acts as a trusted advisor, leading the design and execution of commercial strategies and negotiations to ensure profitable deals.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in sales and negotiation, or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education, or a related field, along with relevant sales and negotiation experience.
  • Fluent or business-level English language proficiency.
  • Experience in the Education industry.
  • Preferred: Fluency in one of the Europe North languages (e.g., Polish, Czech, Nordic languages, Hungarian, Dutch).

Responsibilities

  • Lead internal and external teams through commercial constructs, optimizing investment and customization for deals.
  • Define and negotiate complex commercial terms, engaging stakeholders for key deals.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and partners to help achieve business goals and revenue targets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to support sales teams in adapting Education licensing and contracting to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to align commercial strategies with customer requirements and drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial solutions policy and regulatory standards in deal execution.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with sales support tools and resources for deal-making and negotiation.
