Senior Cloud Network Engineer (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves hands-on responsibilities in a remote-first infrastructure engineering environment, focusing on the architecture, implementation, and operational ownership of hybrid networking across complex distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in production networking environments with a focus on uptime, scalability, and reliability.
• Strong expertise in BGP, routing policies, traffic engineering, and network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with IPsec VPNs and site-to-site connectivity solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Linux networking, including tools like iproute2 and tcpdump.
• Solid understanding of datacenter networking concepts such as VLANs and firewalls.
• Familiarity with cloud networking and Kubernetes networking.
• Ability to automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong written communication skills.
