Job summary

The role involves contributing to the chipset verification and validation efforts within a team focused on developing advanced hearing solutions. The engineer will design and develop hardware test boards, collaborate with various teams to execute test solutions, and enhance test methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in electronic test engineering
  • Familiarity with analog and/or RF electronics is preferred
  • Strong practical experience with electronics lab equipment
  • Experience with automated test systems
  • Proficiency in PCB schematics and layout tools (e.g., Cadence)
  • Working knowledge of software tools (e.g., Python)
  • Understanding of QMS documentation standards

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop hardware test boards for chipset platforms
  • Collaborate with firmware, audiology, and connectivity teams to define and execute test solutions
  • Participate in chip and chipset test campaigns to ensure quality and performance
  • Drive improvements in test methodologies and support large-scale testing activities

Skills

  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with test engineers and chip developers
  • Structured and proactive approach to complex testing challenges
  • Curiosity about AI and its application in electronic testing and validation workflows

Education

  • Relevant engineering degree in electronics or related field
