Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in marketing, business, or economics
  • Several years of experience in senior marketing, category, or commercial roles within FMCG, preferably in beverages
  • Proven track record in brand building, category management, and innovation
  • Strong P&L management skills and data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the category and brand strategy for Milk Based Beverages in Denmark
  • Define category vision and growth plans
  • Manage P&L and ensure performance through pricing, innovation, and promotions
  • Drive innovation from insights to successful product launches
  • Collaborate with sales to set go-to-market strategies
  • Utilize data and insights for commercial decisions
  • Contribute to sustainability and nutrition initiatives within the category

  • Strong commercial and strategic profile
  • Excellent leadership and team development abilities
  • Effective stakeholder management in a matrix organization
  • Strong communication skills, fostering trust and followership
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus
