Senior Business Unit Coordinator (Pharmaceuticals, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the General Medicine and Rare Diseases Business Unit by managing operational tasks and ensuring compliance with internal processes. The position is crucial for the execution of projects and customer service within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business support or project management
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Familiarity with compliance processes
• Experience with SAP or similar systems
• Fluency in Danish or another Scandinavian language and English

Responsibilities

• Assist sales and marketing teams with various projects
• Manage internal approvals and external contracts within the Business Unit
• Create and design marketing materials using Office365 and InDesign
• Plan and execute external customer events and internal meetings
• Serve as the local contact for AMEX
• Oversee the marketing materials process with external vendors
• Maintain BU SharePoint sites and Team channels
• Collaborate with external vendors and manage sponsorship files
• Handle the Purchase Process, including contracts and payments
• Support review and approval processes for promotional materials
• Regularly upload promotional content to relevant databases
• Document and share meeting minutes from BU meetings
