Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of naval shipyards, shipbuilders, propulsion systems, and engine manufacturers.
• Experience in strategy and growth initiatives.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills and project management experience.
• Established relationships within the naval and military marine sectors.
• Understanding of marine propulsion systems and gearbox technology.
• Degree from an accredited university or college.
