Senior AI/ML Engineer (Fully Remote)

Job summary

This role involves architecting and developing an enterprise-grade Agentic AI orchestration platform. The position requires designing scalable AI systems that integrate large language models, retrieval, multi-agent workflows, and reusable AI components.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering and/or AI/ML, with a focus on senior-level architecture and engineering.
• Proven experience in building and operating LLM-based applications in production environments.
• Advanced skills in Python development and experience with production-quality backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with the Claude API and integration into AI applications.
• Strong knowledge of LangGraph and/or LangChain, particularly in orchestrating complex AI workflows.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
• Advanced prompt-engineering skills to enhance LLM performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with AI security, responsible AI practices, and enterprise AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of the AI orchestration platform.
• Create modular AI components and intelligent agents using a multi-node architecture.
• Develop production-grade applications leveraging advanced AI technologies.
• Ensure the scalability, maintainability, and security of AI architectures.
• Build reliable APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and enhance platform performance.
