Senior AI Engineer

Job summary

The role involves developing and implementing agentic AI solutions to enhance customer experiences and optimize business processes. As part of a dedicated Data Science & AI team, the engineer will focus on creating AI agents and ensuring the effective transition of ML models from development to production.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with generative AI in a similar role, either as a consultant or in software development.
• Advanced skills in Python and familiarity with data types such as vectors and graphs.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD processes, unit testing, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Educational background in a quantitative field with a strong grasp of ML or AI in a specific domain.
• Initiative in agentic engineering and comfort with starting new projects using Opencode or Claude Code.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative AI solutions for both internal and external users.
• Collaborate with domain experts to tailor solutions to specific business needs.
• Utilize technologies such as Foundry for model deployment, Arize Phoenix for evaluations, and Temporal for scheduling, with Azure as the cloud platform and Snowflake as the data warehouse.
• Stay updated on advancements in the field and test new technologies and methods to enhance value delivery.
