Senior AI Engineer

Job summary

The role involves developing and deploying AI solutions that enhance business processes and customer experiences. The Senior AI Engineer will work on end-to-end AI applications and MLOps pipelines, focusing on model experimentation, deployment, and integration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
• Over 5 years of industry experience in software engineering and AI solutions implementation using Python.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including both discriminative and generative models.
• Experience in deploying and monitoring AI models in production, preferably on Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale AI applications and MLOps pipelines.
• Design and deploy AI agent systems, including orchestration and monitoring.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search solutions.
• Research and develop AI models in NLP, Computer Vision, and other areas to optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with engineers on complex projects to integrate AI models into products.
• Manage AI workloads on Google Cloud Platform for performance efficiency.

Skills

• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI model development.
• Hands-on experience with large language models and generative AI solutions.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field.

Tools

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Python, machine learning frameworks.
