Job summary

The Senior Account Manager is tasked with managing key operator partnerships within the paid media sector, focusing on driving commercial performance and nurturing long-term client relationships. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of high-value partners and identifying opportunities for revenue growth and performance enhancement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or online advertising.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and affiliate management platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key operator accounts, ensuring productive and long-term relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on priorities and performance goals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with existing partners and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present performance and revenue reports, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support administrative tasks within the Account Team as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and represent the company at industry events.

Education

  • Experience with paid media products such as Meta, Google/Bing Ads, and Display/Programmatic.
