Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of B2B sales experience with full account ownership in food, nutrition, or ingredients industries.

  • Proven commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to business development.
  • Experience in negotiating complex agreements and managing customer portfolios in dynamic markets.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in the dairy ingredients industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of international strategic accounts to drive growth and profitability.
  • Create and execute account plans, including forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and lead customer dialogues for sustainable outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively across customer and internal teams in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the Performance Nutrition strategy.

Skills

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
  • Ability to manage demanding customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
