About the role

Job summary

The role of Senior Account Manager involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention while identifying revenue growth opportunities. This position is based in the Central Copenhagen office, requiring a minimum of three days on-site each week.

Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within MarTech or Big Data sectors.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles, including new business, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue results for clients and the organization.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation skills, and business acumen.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews with clients.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure client success.
  • Provide strategic support to clients to maximize their return on investment.
  • Monitor client platform usage and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging client presentations and detailed performance reports.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
