Job summary

The role involves serving as a Scrum Master for agile teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) focused on hardware development for hearing aids. The position emphasizes adaptive leadership, team empowerment, and continuous improvement in a complex product development environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach.
  • Familiarity with agile principles, particularly SAFe framework.
  • Background in technical product development is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate team delivery execution and transparency, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Foster a high-performing, self-managing team environment by building trust and psychological safety.
  • Utilize feedback and data to enhance predictability and remove bottlenecks in delivery.
  • Communicate progress and challenges effectively across organizational boundaries.
  • Identify and address team impediments, risks, and dependencies.
  • Integrate quality management system (QMS) requirements into planning and execution.

Skills

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to adapt leadership style based on team needs.
  • Proficiency in driving value delivery and continuous improvement.

Education

  • Relevant experience in agile methodologies and team coaching.

Tools

  • Familiarity with agile project management tools and quality management systems.
