Job summary

An experienced Scrum Master is sought to enhance agile delivery and team performance within a digital environment. The role involves collaborating with product teams to drive value, improve processes, and strengthen agile maturity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile product and technology settings.
• Proven track record in coaching teams and leaders on agile methodologies, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Experience in scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Spotify model).
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and flow-based delivery practices.
• Solid project and delivery management skills, including planning and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and support teams in executing product roadmaps.
• Coach teams and stakeholders in agile principles and practices.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and adaptation.
• Manage delivery risks and dependencies, ensuring clarity and alignment across projects.
• Contribute to the Scrum Master Center of Excellence by sharing best practices and learnings.

Skills

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong interest in technology and modern digital product development.
• Familiarity with Jira and agile tools is a plus.

Education

• Relevant experience in agile environments is essential.

Tools

• Experience with agile tooling, particularly Jira, is considered advantageous.
