Scientific Marketing Manager (On-site, UK/Austria/Denmark)

Job summary

This role involves enhancing marketing capabilities to support growth in preclinical service areas by translating technical expertise into effective marketing content. The position requires collaboration with commercial leads and scientific experts to develop various marketing materials and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Background in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, toxicology, biotechnology, veterinary science, or a related field.
• Experience in scientific marketing, product marketing, content strategy, or a similar role in a complex B2B environment.
• Preferred experience from a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical technology, or research-driven organization.
• Strong writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English with attention to technical accuracy.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and experience with digital content and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, or Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop content plans and editorial calendars for webinars, articles, case studies, and conference materials.
• Create scientifically credible marketing content that aligns with brand standards.
• Build messaging frameworks and value propositions for scientific buyers.
• Coordinate contributions and approvals from subject-matter experts.
• Support the creation of publications and materials that aid in lead generation and customer engagement.
• Manage briefs and quality assurance with Marketing Coordinators.
