SAP Track Lead (Supply Chain, Remote)

Job summary

The role involves leading the IT track for Source to Pay processes within a global S/4HANA implementation project. The position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in production, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with relevant technologies
• Familiarity with validated systems is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel internationally as required

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation tasks and allocate work to IT team members
• Develop functional specifications and configuration documentation
• Assess change requests in collaboration with business and implementation leads
• Engage in data migration, testing, and cutover activities
• Support the system rollout to global production and distribution sites
• Participate in change advisory board meetings

Skills

• Solid experience in Material Management, Procurement, Master Data, Inventory Management, and Logistics Invoice Handling
• Knowledge of inter- and intra-company processes
• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs is advantageous
• Prior involvement in SAP rollouts to production or distribution sites is a plus
