Job summary

The Process and Automation Specialist will be instrumental in developing and executing the automation strategy within Passenger Revenue Operations. This role focuses on minimizing manual tasks, redesigning processes for automation, and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

• Hands-on expertise in AI-enabled automation and agent-based solutions.

• Interest in standardization, governance, and sustainability of automation solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools, particularly automation applications, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced automation solutions to replace manual operational tasks.
• Challenge existing workflows and influence the application of automation and AI across the organization.
• Develop and deploy AI-enabled workflows and agent-based solutions for recurring tasks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on automation and intelligent process design within Revenue Operations.
• Identify, prioritize, and redesign complex processes with an automation-first approach.
• Convert business complexities into effective, maintainable automation logic and AI systems.

Education
