Job summary

The Process and Automation Specialist will be instrumental in developing and executing the automation strategy within Passenger Revenue Operations. The role focuses on minimizing manual tasks, redesigning processes for automation, and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance operational scalability.

• Interest in standardization, governance, and sustainability of automation solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools, particularly automation applications, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced automation solutions to replace manual operational tasks.
• Challenge current workflows and influence the application of automation and AI throughout the organization.

Education
