IT Security Consultant & Project Manager

Job summary

This role involves leading end-to-end IT/OT security projects, focusing on planning, execution, and ensuring a smooth transition into operations. You will also manage the lifecycle and maturity of core security services, from design to optimization and retirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with hands-on OT security experience and IT security support/consulting.
• Experience leading IT security projects; PRINCE2 certification preferred, Scrum desirable.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and program/multi-project management.
• Understanding of ISO 27xxx standards, cloud concepts, and Microsoft 365; relevant certifications (e.g., CISM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete delivery of IT/OT security projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
• Own a portfolio of security projects, focusing on the creation, enhancement, and decommissioning of security systems and services.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and budget targets are met.
• Manage project risks and issues, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners for smooth operations.
• Act as service owner for assigned security domains, defining scope, KPIs, and roadmaps, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Education
