IT Delivery Lead (HCM Implementation)

Job summary

The role involves leading the delivery of a modern Human Capital Management (HCM) solution to support core HR processes across the organization. The IT Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of a new global SaaS platform, ensuring project milestones are met while fostering a collaborative environment among stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in traditional IT project management.
• Strong domain knowledge in HR systems and processes, including employee master data and organizational structures.
• Proven experience in leading large HCM platform implementations, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday, is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the HCM solution from initiation to go-live.
• Facilitate project governance, decision-making, and reporting to steering groups.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate integrations between the HCM system and other IT systems.
• Serve as the main point of contact for HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Oversee change management and user adoption processes.
