Seeking an experienced Test Manager to oversee testing processes and ensure product quality in agile environments. This role involves collaboration with business teams to align on requirements and manage testing strategies effectively.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in technology utilization for business operations.
• Proven experience as a Test Manager with a strong grasp of testing standards and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing small to medium teams in a project management capacity.
• Familiarity with test automation in agile delivery setups.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to gather and understand requirements.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and summary reports for agile/SAFe projects.
• Ensure ownership of product quality and manage defect processes with relevant teams.
• Lead and support testing resources, overseeing the testing process across projects.
• Establish testing tools and standards, and drive continuous improvement in testing processes.
• Work closely with project and program managers to identify and report risks and issues proactively.

Skills

• Strong understanding of test design techniques.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and IT by managing expectations effectively.

Education

• Master of Science degree or similar.
