SAP Team Lead (On-site, Germany)

Job summary

This role involves leading and developing a cross-border team of SAP consultants focused on the German SAP application landscape and global FI/CO systems. The position plays a crucial role in the SAP S/4 HANA transformation and ensures efficient support and operation of SAP environments.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science or a related field.
• Professional experience in major SAP logistics modules, FI/CO, and adjacent modules with a business process mindset.
• Solid IT knowledge and experience with SAP ERP systems and technology.
• Proven experience in managing and coaching teams.
• Familiarity with agile methods, particularly SCRUM.
• Proficient communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1); knowledge of Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of six to ten internal SAP consultants in Germany and Denmark.
• Enable the team to contribute to the SAP S/4 HANA transformation.
• Ensure daily efficient support and operation of SAP ECC and SAP S/4 environments.
• Optimize ERP application landscapes in collaboration with business and IT teams.
• Manage stakeholders and coordinate with internal and external IT service providers.
• Act as delivery manager and SCRUM master.
