Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud)

Job summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Service Cloud to join a dynamic Technology department. This role involves working on strategic projects across commercial, marketing, and customer service teams, focusing on building robust and scalable Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I certifications; Platform Developer II is highly valued.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer & Admin, specifically with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience development (Aura Components and Lightning Web Components).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs and security models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Develop and maintain complex Salesforce Flows and automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce team on code reviews and solution alignment.
• Provide user support and develop reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Skills

• Proficiency in developer tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.

Education

• Relevant Salesforce certifications and a strong background in Salesforce development and administration are required.
