Job summary

The Sales Transformation Program Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring global sales excellence initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the division. This role involves collaborating with regional teams to enhance organizational structure and optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

  • University degree, ideally an MBA or similar qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading teams to achieve high performance
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with strong project management skills
  • Extensive experience in sales excellence and performance measurement
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of market dynamics
  • Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket and B2B sectors
  • Experience in sales leadership within international and complex matrix organizations
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
