About the role

Job summary

This part-time position supports the Key Account Management, Field Sales, and Sales Operations teams in the Nordic markets, contributing to sales effectiveness and strategic decision-making to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student, preferably in sales, marketing, or business, graduating in 2028 or later.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and AI-enabled data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and one Nordic language.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and maintain sales-related data from internal systems.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in forecasting activities and pipeline analysis.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for sales leadership.
  • Monitor key sales metrics for data accuracy.
  • Manage sales documentation, contracts, and customer records.
  • Assist in preparing customer presentations and meeting materials.
  • Support the organization of sales meetings and team events.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in reporting and workflows.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field, with expected graduation in 2028 or later.

Tools

  • Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
