About the role

Job summary

This role involves partnering with EMEA leadership to enhance sales operations and strategy. The Sales Operations Manager will report to the Director of GTM Operations and work closely with the Regional VP of Sales for the North region and temporarily for the Central region.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis with hands-on experience in Salesforce and BI tools; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools is desirable, along with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an operational partner for RVPs, focusing on forecasting, performance analysis, and pipeline management.
  • Act as a proxy for the Regional Sales Leader in various forums.
  • Manage core sales processes, including territory planning and performance reporting.
  • Drive the adoption of AI automation tools to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights on regional growth and pipeline health.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and data fluency skills.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic projects with day-to-day tasks.
  • Change management skills with a focus on technology adoption.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Salesforce, BI tools, and familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude.
