Sales Engineer Trainee (Nordic, Baltic, UK)

Job summary

The Sales Engineer Trainee will focus on driving sales and providing sustainable cooling and heating solutions for customers. This role involves supporting customers with technical quotations, product design, calculations, and ensuring accurate project specifications prior to order production.

Qualifications

• Technical education in technology management, marine engineering, or equivalent.
• Interest or experience in refrigeration or heat pumps is preferred.
• Practical experience in technical sales is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to communicate confidently in English; knowledge of Scandinavian languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult and guide customers on sustainable climate solutions.
• Design and propose optimal solutions for clients.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and ongoing projects.
• Close orders through structured activities in CRM.
• Prepare order documentation and facilitate handover to production.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships.
• Provide market feedback to product development teams.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using various IT systems.

Education

• Technical education in relevant fields or equivalent experience in refrigeration.
