About the role

Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to drive sales of Photonics products. This role involves managing customer relationships and ensuring technical excellence through collaboration with technical teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Photonics, Electronics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineer roles
  • Experience in Photonics & High-Speed I/O Test and Measurement Solutions
  • Strong understanding of the photonics ecosystem in the EMEA region
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Drive sales through the distribution network in the region
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to align goals with corporate objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Promote products at regional trade shows and conferences
  • Support complex sales cycles through technical enablement and solution positioning

Skills

  • Strong understanding of technical solution selling
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Photonics, Electronics, or equivalent

Tools

  • Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management tools
