Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing sales performance within the Nordic region through strategic enablement and operations management. The position involves close collaboration with sales leadership to drive effective execution and leverage data for actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Excellence
  • Strong background in working with sales teams, KPIs, and pipeline management
  • Proven capability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable strategies
  • Experience in structured, performance-driven sales environments
  • Background in international or larger organizations is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption of sales methodologies, playbooks, and onboarding programs
  • Deliver and coordinate training initiatives across the Nordic countries
  • Support Sales Managers in coaching and performance development
  • Identify capability gaps and promote continuous upskilling
  • Analyze sales data, KPIs, and pipeline performance to inform decision-making
  • Translate insights into clear actions for sales teams
  • Ensure effective use of CRM and sales tools, maintaining data quality and consistency
  • Contribute to KPI frameworks and performance tracking

Skills

  • High-energy, hands-on, and analytical mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills in English and one Nordic language

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field
