About the role

Job summary

This role focuses on driving business growth in the Infant and Medical Nutrition sector across the EMEA region. The Sales Development Manager will work closely with regional sales teams and internal experts to develop new business opportunities and support sales execution.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in human nutrition, food science, biomedicine, molecular biology, or a related technical field, or a commercial degree with interest or experience in nutrition and health.
  • Experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development within the infant nutrition, medical nutrition, or food/pharma industry.
  • Ability to work independently and engage a broad set of stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales development initiatives across EMEA within infant and medical nutrition.
  • Collaborate with EMEA regional sales teams to align initiatives and activate growth strategies.
  • Build commercial partnerships with current and potential customers in key EMEA markets.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify and prioritize business opportunities.
  • Translate customer needs into innovative value propositions in collaboration with internal experts.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure market readiness and accelerate sales execution.

  • Commercial curiosity and a structured, self-driven work approach.

Education

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Tools

  • Proficiency in tools for market analysis and project management.
