Job summary

This role involves engaging with customers and providing personalized service as a Sales Assistant for a beauty brand in a retail environment. You will be responsible for creating an inspiring in-store experience and achieving individual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in beauty or fashion, including cashiering.
• Skincare or beauty certificates are a plus.
• Proficiency in a Scandinavian language and English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, providing insights into the brand's offerings.
• Achieve individual sales targets and track counter turnover.
• Maintain a tidy and visually appealing counter in line with brand guidelines.
• Build collaborative relationships with colleagues and management.
• Participate in in-store events and assist colleagues as needed.
• Handle cashiering duties and ensure customer satisfaction to enhance loyalty.
