Job summary

A detail-oriented and analytical Safer Gambling Analyst is needed to enhance player safety and regulatory compliance for the Danish market within a leading iGaming operator based in Malta. This role involves monitoring player behavior, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with Danish regulations while collaborating with various teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an iGaming environment, particularly in Responsible Gaming or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with an empathetic approach to player interactions.
• Native or C2-level proficiency in Danish and fluent English.
• Knowledge of Danish gambling regulations and player protection standards.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta.

Responsibilities

• Monitor player behavior, including account activity and deposit patterns, to identify potential gambling issues.
• Conduct risk assessments and engage with players through various communication channels to provide support and suggest limits.
• Ensure compliance with Danish Spillemyndigheden regulations during player interactions.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, VIP, Fraud, and Legal teams to address high-risk cases.

Skills

• Strong analytical and empathetic mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.

Education

• Relevant experience in iGaming or a related field is essential.

Tools

• Familiarity with self-exclusion tools and player protection standards in the Danish market.
