Safer Gambling Analyst (iGaming, Malta)

Job summary

An analytical and detail-oriented Danish-speaking Safer Gambling Analyst is needed to support player health and regulatory compliance for the Danish market in an iGaming operator based in Malta. This role involves monitoring player behavior, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with Danish regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an iGaming environment, particularly in Responsible Gaming or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with an empathetic approach to player interactions.
• Native or C2-level proficiency in Danish and fluent English.
• Knowledge of Danish gambling regulations and player protection standards.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta.

Responsibilities

• Monitor player account activity and identify signs of problem gambling.
• Conduct welfare checks and suggest limits or self-exclusions through direct communication with players.
• Ensure compliance with Danish Spillemyndigheden regulations during player interactions.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, VIP, Fraud, and Legal teams to manage high-risk cases.

Skills

Education
