Job summary

An analytical and detail-oriented Danish-speaking Safer Gambling Analyst is needed to ensure player safety and regulatory compliance for the Danish market within a leading iGaming operator in Malta. This role involves monitoring player behavior, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a safe gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an iGaming environment, particularly in Responsible Gaming or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with an empathetic approach to player interactions.
• Native or C2-level proficiency in Danish and fluent English.
• Knowledge of Danish gambling regulations and player protection standards.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta.

Responsibilities

• Monitor player account activity and identify early signs of problem gambling.
• Conduct welfare checks and suggest limits or self-exclusions through direct communication with players.
• Ensure compliance with Danish regulations and company guidelines during player interactions.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, VIP, Fraud, and Legal teams on high-risk cases.
