Job summary

This role involves ensuring player safety and regulatory compliance within the Danish market for an iGaming operator based in Malta. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze player behavior and conduct proactive interventions to support responsible gaming initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the iGaming sector, particularly in Responsible Gaming or related Customer Support/Risk roles.
• Strong analytical skills with an empathetic approach to player interactions.
• Native or C2-level proficiency in Danish, with fluent English communication skills.
• Familiarity with Danish gambling regulations and player protection standards.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta.

Responsibilities

• Monitor player behavior by analyzing account activity and identifying potential problem gambling signs.
• Conduct risk assessments and engage with players through various communication channels to offer support and suggest self-exclusion options.
• Ensure compliance with Danish regulations during player interactions and monitoring.
• Collaborate with various teams, including Customer Support and Legal, to address high-risk cases.

Skills

Education
