Job summary

The role involves leading a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives in Denmark, focusing on strategic sales initiatives and revenue growth within the enterprise market. The position requires a strong business-to-business sales background and a commitment to team development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for the Denmark Enterprise sales team, focusing on pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of Account Executives, ensuring high performance and quota attainment.
  • Engage with C-level executives in customer organizations, supporting Account Executives in meetings and coordinating internal resources.
  • Provide accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting to management, enhancing the quality of team sales activities.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building and leading high-performing enterprise sales teams, with both direct and matrix management experience.
  • Strong background in solution sales, particularly in software, SaaS, or cloud technologies, with a track record of success in selling to major enterprises.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, capable of building trusted relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Experience evaluated based on alignment with core competencies, including leadership roles and volunteer work.
  • Experience leading enterprise sales teams in the Danish or Nordic market.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven CRM solutions or multi-cloud sales strategies.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced sales environment.
