Job summary

The role of Reward Consultant – Leader Enablement & Adoption focuses on enhancing reward practices within the organization by assisting leaders in making informed pay decisions. This position is integral to the Rewards team, which aims to ensure that salary frameworks and reward tools are effectively utilized as the organization grows.

Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting HR, reward, or business change initiatives.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for practical application.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint for training and presentations.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Confidence in engaging with leaders and aiding decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in compensation or HR environments is advantageous.
  • Experience in delivering training or supporting change initiatives is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the adoption of salary frameworks and reward tools through global project management and individual interactions with leaders.
  • Guide HR colleagues and leaders in applying salary ranges and pay principles for hiring, promotions, and pay reviews.
  • Contribute to change initiatives as reward processes evolve.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for leaders and HR partners.
  • Create practical guides, FAQs, and support materials for leaders.
  • Develop presentations and communication materials to support reward initiatives.
  • Collect feedback from leaders and HR partners to enhance tools and processes.

Skills

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex topics simply.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Education

  • Relevant experience in HR or compensation roles is preferred.
