Revenue Operations Specialist (Fintech, Remote, UK)

Job summary

This role involves supporting efficient commercial execution within a Revenue Operations team, focusing on deal desk functions and cross-department collaboration. The position is ideal for individuals early in their RevOps careers, particularly in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Revenue Enablement, or Deal Desk.
• Familiarity with deal support and commercial desk environments.
• Experience in managing RFP/RFI processes and coordinating inputs across teams.
• Proficient in handling revenue data and ensuring data quality.
• Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• Background in a startup to scale-up environment with evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract processes, including document issuance and capturing key terms.
• Support end-to-end RFP and RFI processes, ensuring timely submissions.
• Assist in developing pricing proposals and coordinating non-standard deal approvals.
• Maintain accurate deal and contract data in Salesforce and other systems.
• Create and manage customer subscriptions as part of order management.
• Develop sales process enablement materials and contribute to a Customer Journey Playbook.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing for go-to-market enablement content.

Skills

• Knowledge of SaaS pricing models and commercial terms is desirable.
• Familiarity with CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub).
• Experience in creating sales enablement materials or playbooks.
• Exposure to go-to-market initiatives or campaign execution tools (e.g., Salesloft).

Education

• Relevant educational background in business or a related field is preferred.
