Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Completed high school or vocational education
• Strong sales mindset with a track record of meeting targets
• Willingness to learn about product features and pricing
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Comfortable using retail systems and POS technology
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of customer experience in-store and in the stockroom
• Achieve or exceed individual sales and profitability goals
• Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom while adhering to safety standards
• Prepare and display merchandise on the sales floor
• Organize sales floor to maximize selling opportunities
