Job summary

This position focuses on supporting sales enablement, campaign delivery, and commercial growth within a growing European Retail Media Network. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners across Europe, emphasizing operational stability and adaptability in a dynamic retail media market.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital media, retail media, media agency roles, account management, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with partners and agencies across multiple European markets.
  • Strong internal stakeholder management skills, comfortable navigating complex organizations.
  • Solid understanding of digital media fundamentals with a willingness to learn and grow in the retail media space.
  • Experience with marketing technologies, CRM systems, and analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; working knowledge of German is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Enable sales with internal stakeholders for retail media products to drive growth and sales.
  • Partner with media agencies to enhance cross-national digital media offerings, including planning and performance storytelling.
  • Create presentations, proposals, and sales materials that effectively communicate the value of retail media solutions.
  • Collaborate on omni-channel Retail Media campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Translate campaign results into actionable insights and recommendations for partners.
  • Identify opportunities and support the European sales pipeline through proactive collaboration.
  • Contribute to the evolution of retail media offerings by exploring and scaling capabilities across the region.

Education
