Qualifications

  • Fluent in Danish and confident in English
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the iGaming sector
  • Strong interest in addiction psychology and player behavior

  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with compassion and regulatory awareness
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset

Responsibilities

  • Monitor player behavior to identify potential risk patterns
  • Proactively engage with at-risk players to provide support and guidance
  • Block underage accounts during registration processes
  • Review self-excluded accounts and manage refund cases as necessary
  • Maintain comprehensive case reports and documentation
  • Escalate high-risk cases with thorough analysis and recommendations
  • Contribute to the enhancement of Responsible Gaming procedures
  • Support internal training and awareness initiatives related to responsible gaming
