Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish and proficient in English
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the iGaming sector
• Strong interest in addiction psychology and human decision-making

Responsibilities

• Monitor player behavior to identify potential risk patterns
• Proactively engage with at-risk players to provide support and guidance
• Block underage accounts during registration processes
• Review self-excluded accounts and manage refund cases as necessary
• Maintain comprehensive case reports and documentation
• Escalate high-risk cases with detailed analysis and recommendations
• Contribute to the enhancement of Responsible Gaming procedures
• Support internal training and awareness initiatives regarding responsible gaming
